This session will teach managers how to inspire their team members to take initiative and get results through coaching. Starting with a basic foundation of the coaching conversation, participants will build a powerful framework for engaging people in ways that teach and engage creativity and problem solving skills. Interactive practice will give each participant the opportunity to experience coaching conversations and to learn how this powerful communication approach truly does inspire results.
