Course Overview

Sales requires consistency and focus. By the end of this course, you’ll have a daily, weekly, and monthly behavior plan that is clear and specific. This program starts by walking sales professionals through a goal-setting workshop and then moves into behavioral planning.

The behavior plan will include scripts for the keystone conversations in the sales cycle. The program will provide ample opportunity for coaching and guided practice in these critical conversations.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Be able to clearly articulate the attributes of the ideal client
Be able to articulate daily, weekly, and monthly behavior plan
Clearly communicate their 5 daily disciplines strategy
Have scripts in hand for the keystones conversations within the sales cycle
Understand how to create a “level playing field” for any conversation
Clearly communicate the level playing field, key outcomes, and decision points for each stage of the sales cycle
