Course Overview

This session will prepare managers and leaders to effectively relate to their team and peers. A basic understanding of the emotional landscape will help participants to effectively deal with their own emotions, as well as recognize and handle the emotions of others.

This program will provide the tools needed to engage in effective discourse about and around emotion, while increasing productivity and results. A team with strong emotional bank accounts is a team that addresses issues and confronts when appropriate.
